Fast, Professional Support

Unlike some of our competitors we offer fast responsive support over Email, Facebook Messenger and on our website Chat. Our average reply time is just under 7 minutes, so when we say we are fast, we really mean it.

Free 30 Day Returns

Although we doubt that you won’t like your order, just in case we offer free returns of your product(s), either through a refund of the postage costs or a prepaid return label, to all our customers from any EU customers. And if you are not in the EU you can still take advantage of our 30 day return policy, we have warehouses in the UK, Hong Kong, Germany, Czech Republic & China, you just need to return the item to which ever is closest to you.

1 Year Warranty

We stand by all our products, and as such if you experience any failure of any kind you can contact us and we will fix it, either in the UK or in China depending on your location. Plus if you live in the EU we will even arrange for the product to be picked up or supply you with a pre-paid return label.

We go the extra mile

We pride ourselves on going above and beyond what you expect. For example if you don’t understand how to flash a new ROM onto your phone, we will walk you through it over the phone. In fact in many cases we even offer to flash the phone for you (For example).
