Our support team work 15 Hours per day from 8 AM – 11 PM (UK Time) and has an average response time of just under 2 Minutes during this period.

The teamwork Monday – Saturday with our team taking Sunday off (because even support staff need a break.)

Our support team is based around the world to provide the best coverage.  We currently have staff in the UK, Philipines, China & USA.
