What is our returns policy?
- You can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in its original packaging, is not missing any manuals and is in a reasonable condition (No scratches, dents ext).
- We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund.
- We are not able to refund any postage/shipping charges.
- We will charge for sending any exchange items by post.
- You can return any item to our UK return center
How do I return something?
- Please contact us via the “Get Help” button in your account or via email.
We contact you with return details (Address ext).
- You post your item back to us or we arrange collection from you (for a fee).
- We receive your item and inspect it and issue a refund within 7 working days.
- You receive your refund within 2-3 working days of it being issued.
What if the item is faulty?
Please contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement on return of the item.
